Order Methods
- Orders can be placed online with
the shopping cart system 24 hours a day.
- If you prefer you can call in
your orders to 1-800-841-8756. Hours of operation are 8 am - 5 pm
central time.
- Or you can fax your order by
filling out this form.
- Please be sure you are ordering the
correct item and that you receive the item that you order. Verify OEM part number before
finalizing your order.
- Call 1-800-841-8756 if you have any
doubts. We will be very happy to assist you. Remember there is a 20%
restocking fee for returned items.
Shipping
- Orders over $50 qualify for free
UPS ground shipping (18 lbs. exception). U.S. orders only, excludes Hawaii
and Alaska
(Call for shipping rates to Hawaii or Alaska). We do not accept orders for delivery outside
of the 50 United States.
- Orders over 18 lbs will be charged shipping.
- Orders under $50 will be charged
for ground shipping, Hawaii and Alaska have no ground service available. (Call for shipping rates to Hawaii
or Alaska).
- We will have your product shipped
from the closest warehouse to insure prompt delivery. Most orders are
delivered in 2 to 4 business days. All orders should be delivered by the 7th day.
- Next day delivery cost based on actual
rate (minus)- free ground allowance if applicable. (weekends and holidays do not count
as days)
- Second day delivery cost is based on
actual rate (minus)- free ground allowance if applicable. (weekends and holidays do not count
as days)
- Orders need to be placed by 3
P.M. central to be shipped that day.
- Tracking numbers can be viewed online.
Taxes
- No sales tax for orders delivered outside
of Texas.
- 8.25% sales tax for Texas orders.
Payment Terms
- All major credit cards accepted.

- PayPal online payments accepted.
- If paying by check, check must
clear before product is shipped. (place your order online, mail check

- Customers who have an account set up with
us can choose check option and your order will be shipped the day you're
invoiced. To set up an account please call to have a credit application faxed
to you.
Return Policy
- All returns must be authorized and a return authorization number
obtained within thirty days.
- Unopened product boxes can be returned
within thirty days, subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you order the wrong product or for any reason wish to return
product you ordered, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus the 20%
restocking fee.
- Defective products need to be
returned within thirty days. A replacement product will be shipped when
a return authorization number is obtained. You will be charged for the
replacement product but you will receive a full refund when the
product is verified as defective by our claims department.
- OEM items will be carefully examined and
evaluated to insure serial number prior to exchange. Damage by the operator,
technician or machine will not be covered. This includes rotational or line
scratches, gouges and scuff marks.
- Opened product boxes cannot be returned.
- Special order products cannot be
returned.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
